  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During product drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 (USD) within the United States.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
rootmode_ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
